The following general policies apply towards all sessions. Please clarify with studio owner for any unclear policies before booking studio rental time.
-Rentals may not be canceled or refunded but may be rescheduled. Fees submitted will be forfeited if rental purchase is not used within the same calendar month as purchase.
-No baby oil, Pam, or excessive lotion is allowed to be used in our studio.
-No props such as glitter, water, powder, feathers, rose petals, confetti, candles, or other “messy” shoots. Use common sense. Breaking this policy will result in a $500 cleanup charge and immediate ban from the premises.
-No cake smash, pet, or newborn sessions are allowed.
-No creation of pornographic or erotica are allowed (erotica is defined as exposed or spread genitalia; this definition excludes exposed buttocks, breasts, and implied nudes that would typically fall under boudoir genre of photography). Lingerie sessions are allowed.
-No animals are allowed in the studio.
-No smoking of any kind. This includes vaping. Breaking this policy will result in a $1000 cleanup charge and immediate ban from the premises.
-No alcoholic consumption. Breaking this policy will result in an immediate ban from the premises.
-Be respectful of neighbors. Noise should be kept low.
-Lobby or other parts of the building are not to be used for any photos or makeup or client meetings.
-Please allow for time to set up and break down in your rental. The option to add 30 minutes for set-up and clean-up is encouraged.
-Memberships will be charged on the 1st of each month.
